She was predeceased by: her husband Michael, Jr.; her parents, Anthony Pongonis and Anna Pongonis; and her brother Richard (late Rosemary). She is survived by: her children, Francesanne Piunno-Brooks (Charles), David (Deborah) and Judith Schiciano; and her brothers, Lawrence (Carole) and John (late Rose). She is also survived by her family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in memory of Frances to Hospice of the Western Reserve or Mass Offerings may be made to the Sisters of Notre Dame Chardon.
