She was predeceased by: her husband Wallace; and her daughter Barbara Cormack Bayer. She is survived by: her children, Doug Cormack (Star), Laurel Smith (Richard) and Brian Cormack (Cindy). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 30 great grandchildren.
