He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Koch and Arvilla Koch of New Castle, PA. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Koch; his children, Jeff (Cathy), Matt (Shirley) and Kim; and his granddaughters, Nicole and Chloe. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
