He is survived by: his wife Vivianne; his children, Duane (Cindy), Laura Zeleznik, Brian (Pamela) and Sandra Sandman (Tim); and his stepdaughters, Michelle Bowman (Jeff) and Karen McNelly (Greg). He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
