We are sad to announce that on November 18, 2021, at the age of 87, Edward M. Sasak (Chesterland, Ohio), born in Cleveland, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Sasak and Marie Sasak; and his sisters, Geraldine and Nancy. He is survived by: his wife Constance; his children, Philip and Christine; his grandchildren, Chelsea, Sara, Devon, Dean and Amelia; and his great grandchild Lincoln. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Ed's name may be made to Hospice of the Western Reserve, P.O. Box 72101, Cleveland, OH 44192.
