He was predeceased by: his parents, Dick and Betty; his siblings, John (Alison), Connie Ferrell (late Jim) and Jeffrey; his brothers-in-law, Stephen (Joanne) and Robert Skapura (Catherine); his nephews, John Skapura and Alan Skapura; and his niece Deborah Wilk.
He is survived by: his wife Joni; and his nieces and nephews, Holly, Chad Bargerstock, Scott, Kayla Ferrell, Stephen, Jackie Skapura and Neal Skapura.
He worked as an RN in a variety of nursing specialties including ICU, organ donation, home care and retired from the cath lab at Hillcrest Hospital.
