He is survived by: his son Christopher Lee Mapes; his grandson Kyle Christopher Donahue; his sisters, Mary Ann Barnhardt and Donna Werner of Sedona, AZ; his nieces, Cindy Sue Tesmer of Chesterland, Mary Lynn Horn (Tom) of Estero, FL, Janice Ann Stotlar of Akron, OH and Melody Lynn Canfield of Charlotte, NC; and his nephew Danny John Canfield (Beth) of Lake Wiley, SC.. He is also survived by 3 great nieces and nephews, 2 great great nieces.
