He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul and Mary; and his brother-in-law Phillip. He is survived by: his spouse Leslie; his children, Andrew (Joanna), Lindsey Uchbar (Mark) and Jennifer Redmond (Chad); his grandchildren, Caleb, Carson, Savannah, Austin, Arlo, Gwenyth and Adele; his siblings, Marg Gandolf (Cal), Patrick (Sue), Thomas (Lynn), Maribeth Albert Loree (Darryl) and Colleen Orazem (Nicholas); and his siblings-in-law, Laura, Mark Sfiligoj, Darryl, Leanne Schumacher and Cindy Schumacher.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in memory of Dave to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
