He is survived by: his partner Beverly Ludwick (late Sarah); his sons, Michael and Paul (Mary); his grandchildren, Michael Jr., Daniel (Amanda), Nicole Cruchill (Daniel) and Eric; his great grandchildren, Lucy, Wyatt, John, Walter and Conor; and his pet Koda.
