We are sad to announce that on December 19, 2024, at the age of 91, Carrie E. Martin (Chesterland, Ohio), born in Cottondale, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her spouse Bennie C. Martin, Sr.; her daughter Mary Gean Martin; her parents, Artis Mae and Bessie Mae; and her brother Ed Lee Jones.
She is survived by: her children, Bennie C. Jr., Bettie Gean Wilson (Atwater) and Ezzard C. Martin; her grandchild Demetrius Martin-Atwater; her great grandchildren, Andre, Devonte and Tiana; her brother Ray Douglas Jones; and her family Carrie.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the DeJohn Funeral Home and Celebrations Center (12811 Chillicothe Rd, Chesterland, OH 44026).
