She was predeceased by: her parents, Eleanor Blaskevica and Algird Blaskevica; and her sister Susan Blaskevica. She is survived by: her husband Carl Neff; and her children, Cindy Figueroa (Robert), Bev Neff, Brian Neff (April) and Mark Neff (Jessica).
