Cara Grimes Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cara Grimes (Chesterland, Ohio), born in Painesville, Ohio, who passed away on July 5, 2021, at the age of 29, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her mother Lucile Barbati; her grandmother Barbara Christoff; her stepmother Darlene Grimes; and her fiancé Bailey Morse. She is survived by: her father James A. Grimes; her stepmother Jen Catanese-Grimes; her grandmother Patricia Grimes (William Cooper); her siblings, Emily Benthall (Stephen) and Aaron Jazbec (Claire); her stepsister Amanda Kowalski; her sister Apryle Lovelace; her nieces, Hannah (Logan Jenkins), Katherine Debelak and Emma (Stephen Benthall Jr.); and her nephew Austin (Franklynn Jazbec). She is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives and friends.
