He was predeceased by: his sons, Joseph and Kenneth A.; and his parents, Aziz and Fouzieh. He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou; his children, Mark J. (Kathleen), Christopher S. (Deborah), Michael A. (Renee), John S. (Sheila) and Mary Beth S. Moore (Matthew); his grandchildren, Mark, Joseph, Amanda, Michael, Summer, John, Emma, Meghan Salem, James, Scott O'Toole, Amelia and Anna Moore; his great grandchildren, Mark, Charlotte Salem, Logan and Riley Hienton; and his siblings, Mary, Sam, George and Donald.

Contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society.
