He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilmer Custer and Phoebe Young Custer; his sister Greta Lochary; and his grandson Paul Custer. He is survived by: his wife Edra Knox Custer; his children, Paul Custer Jr. (Robin Barth) of Marietta, Keith Custer (Brenda) of Amesville and Anna Marie Ptak (John) of Phoenix; and his sister Kathleen Dennison of Winston Salem, NC. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
