He was predeceased by: his parents, Clark Emmett and Ethel Ellis Metcalf; and his sister Lucille Moore. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Pettit Metcalf; his children, John Clark Metcalf of Glouster, Brian Kent Metcalf (Debbie) of Glouster and Kellie Tobin of Racine; his stepson Todd A. Smith (Andrea) of Zanesville; his sister Anna Dick of Shelby; and his close friends, Chubby and Dakota. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, several great grandchildren, a nephew, a great niece.
