He is survived by: his daughters, Patty Bragg (Adam) of McConnelsville, Amanda Lowers-Ritchie (Andy) of Marietta and Amber Sweet of McConnelsville; and his siblings, Joe Lowers of Chesterhill, Jesse Lowers of Chesterhill, Barb Finkell, Bernice Dawson of Pennsville, Becky Hallowell of MacArthur, Betsy Burns of Crooksville and Brenda Lowers-Valentine of Waverly. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
