He was predeceased by: his father Frank Mayle; his wife Shirley "Flip" Mayle; and his siblings, Buck, Ernest, Frank, Howard Mayle, Dorothy Mayle and Martha Mayle.
He is survived by: his children, Chris Mayle of Cincinnati and Erica Mayle of Chesterhill; and his brothers, Gary Mayle of Columbus and James Mayle of Kentucky. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
