He is survived by: his wife Shelly Clawson Gilliland; his children, Wesley Gilliland (Amanda) of Cutler, Steven Gilliland (Jerusha) of Stockport, Andrea Sorto (Columbus), Rachel Vandergrift (Joshua) of Fleming, Lisa Bauerbach (Shawn) of Cutler, Esther Gilliland of Columbus and Ruth Rowland (Benjamin) of Cutler; and his siblings, Allen Gilliland of King Salmon, Ala, Rick Gilliland of Kenai, Ala and Judy Gilliland of Copper Landing, Ala. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren.
