He was predeceased by: his parents, Waid Windon and Clara Leifheit Windon; his sister Virginia Tyler (Lee); and his son-in-law Rodney Chevalier. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Smith Windon; his children, Debbie Chevalier, Brian Windon (Elizabeth Harris), Becky Cotterill (James) and Blair Windon (Diana); his grandchildren, Gabe Farley (Brittany), Beth Smith, Adam Chevalier (Emily), Abbie Marcinko (Kevin), Amanda Faulk (Cacy), Justin Cotterill (Deidra) and Morgan Rothgeb (Nathan); and his great grandchildren, Hannah, Camden, Alexis, Aubree, Henry, Mya, Dylan, Leo, Briggston and Kelbie.
