She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Saunderson and Gladys Lillian Saunderson; and her husband Harry E. Freeman. She is survived by: her children, Gerald B. Atkinson and Susan McCabe (Phil); her grandchildren, Jennifer Atkinson, Alison Atkinson, Matthew McCabe (Kristen) and Kelsey McManus (Matthew); her great grandchildren, Jacob, Jackson and Carter McCabe; and her cousin Marion Lovell.
Masks are required and social distancing will be observed for services.
Memorial donations may be made in Joan's name to Pathway to Hope Pregnancy Care Center.
