He was predeceased by: his parents, James Rowley and Alice Wright Rowley; his wife Alma Lee Rowley; and his brothers, Walter Rowley and Robert Rowley.
He is survived by: his children, Lori Fisher (Steve) of Oak Hill, Trena Culp (Charlie) of Wheelersburg, Judy Bishop (Jim) of Xenia, Ohio and Loren "Billy" Rowley II (Diana) of Crown City, Ohio; and his grandchildren, Molly Meeker (Josh), Sonya Greene, Shane McCoy, Brad Fisher (Misty), Kala Brumfield, Jennifer Brumfield, Roger McCoy III, Don White, Mike White and Tiara Bishop Gudim. He is also survived by several great grandchildren; and three great great grandchildren.
