He is survived by: his daughters, Amber Cremeans and Kayla Meade; his grandchildren, Dakota Meade, Laveah and Chantel Cremeans; his siblings, Kay, Joan, Becky and Raymond; and his nephew Bobby Miller (Mindy). He is also survived by his family and friends.
