She was predeceased by: her parents, James Evan and Mary Elizabeth Lewis; and her brother Evan Lee Lewis. She is survived by: her husband Robert M. Brooks of Chesapeake; her children, Sean Brooks (Kim) of Hilliard, OH, Mark E. Brooks (Susan) of Huntington, Misty Brooks Jarman (Charlie) of Evergreen, NC and Martin Stacy Brooks of South Point, OH; her grandchildren, Alexandra Jarman, Justin Brooks, Alyssa Thetford, Noah Jarman, Marisa Brooks, Matthew Brooks, Michael Brooks and Olivia Brooks; her great grandchildren, Genevieve Thetford and Evander Thetford; and her sister Nancy Lamb of Huntington.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Beard Mortuary (3001 3rd Ave, Huntington, WV 25702). A memorial service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
