He is survived by: his children, Cathy Baise of Chesapeake and Leroy Baise (Amy) of Chesapeake; his grandchildren, Spencer Baise (Amy), Jonathan Baise and Jessica Baise; his great grandchildren, Layken Baise and Hannah Albright; and his siblings, Doug Baise, Carl "Bernard" Baise, Gary Baise, Andy Baise, Loretta Millard, Phyllis Wheeler and Joyce Ferguson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
