He was predeceased by: his parents, Tice Johnson and Norma Galloway Johnson; and his stepmother Mary Johnson. He is survived by: his sister Karen Jacks (Don); his son Ryan Johnson (Jill); his grandson Ian Johnson of Chesapeake, OH.; his nieces, Lori Sanders (Nathan) and Nora McCleese (Greg); his nephew Donnie Jacks (Glinda); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Charles Sanders (Kayla), Tara McClure (Stephen), Ian McCleese, Emily Oldaker (Austin), Maggie Smathers (Toby), Sam McCleese and Xander Jacks; his friend Tom Murdock; and also, Paisley, Whitley, Savannah and Miley. He is also survived by extended family and his church family.
