He is survived by: his wife Debbie Thompson McFarland; his sons, Richard McFarland (Shelby) and John McFarland (Lauren); his grandchildren, Beau and Becklee McFarland; and his siblings, Patty Nicholson of Kansas and David McFarland (Michelle) of New Mexico.
