He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Maynard and Hester Maynard; his siblings, Gypsy Maynard, Carl, Bob and Bill Maynard; and his stepson Bill Russell.

He is survived by: his wife Pam Hayes Maynard; his children, Chuck Maynard, Nancy Maynard, Bessie Maynard and Melissa Maynard; his stepdaughter Samantha Dillon; and his brothers, Arthur Maynard, Lepold Maynard and John Maynard. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren.
