He was predeceased by: his parents, Zimmerman Riley and Jessie Bias Riley. He is survived by: his sisters, Becky Smith (Jim) of Proctorville, OH, DeAnna Schotts (Ron) of Proctorville, OH and Deb Tabor (Roger) of Proctorville, OH. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 16th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hall Funeral Home & Crematory (625 County Rd 775, Proctorville, OH 45669). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 16th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
