With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Melva G Ferris of Chesapeake, Ohio, born in Milton, West Virginia, who passed away on December 6, 2022 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father John Wallace; and her sons, Richard Ferris and Bernard Ferris Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Bernard D. Ferris; and her children, Jerry Wallace of Chesapeake, Joe Ferris (Missy) of Barboursville, WV, Teresa Ross (Wayne) of Chesapeake and Carolyn Sayre (Bill) of South Point, Ohio. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; many great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; and many flea market friends.
