She is survived by: her husband Jeremy Hammond; her children, Maddie Hammond (Tanner Sellards), Maria Hammond and Ayden Hammond; her granddaughter Oaklynn; her parents, LuAnn Count and Frank Scolpini; her siblings, Melissa (Rocky Perry), Linda (Mike Espivoza), Dee (Nathan Baird) and Frank Scolpini; her father-in-law Dallas Hammond; her brother-in-law Jesse Hammond; and her child Oaklynn. She is also survived by six nieces and six nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Schneider-Hall Funeral Home (313 Big Branch Rd, Chesapeake, OH 45619). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
