She is survived by: her significant other Jim Smith; her sister Sharon Ehrhart (Michael) of South Webster, Ohio; and her children, Faith Turner (Bryan) of Chesapeake, VA, Thomas Cantrell, Jr. (Lisa) of South Point and Fred Mullins (DeLita) of Chesapeake, Ohio. She is also survived by grandchildren, and two great grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
