He is survived by: his wife Jo-Ann Harris Hutchison (Jody); his daughter April Hutchison Massie; his grandchildren, Tori Pemberton, Rachel and Ryan Massie; his son Jeffrey Hutchison (Jacki); his grandchildren, Austin, Grace Hutchison and Barry Cook (Rhonda); his great grandchildren, Lexi Cook and Alli Graham (Jay); and also, Isla and Capri Graham.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House where Jack received excellent and loving care.
