He is survived by: his parent Nema Billups; his brother Kenny Queen Hardware; his wife Mary Erwin; his daughters, Terri Lea Adkins (David) of Chesapeake and Tina Louise DeBoard (John) of Chesapeake, Ohio; his grandchildren, Kayla, Jessica Adkins (Billy), Courtney and Tyler DeBoard; and his great grandchildren, Shay Lea Adkins, Ryleigh Lindsey and Abri Adkins. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
