He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann West Livingston of Chesapeake; his daughter Melissa Ann Livingston Prater (Benjamin) of Huntington, WV; his brother Donald Livingston (Sue) of Barboursville, WV; his grandchildren, Lindsey Scott Weinfurtner, Caroline Mae Prater and Cameron Scott Prater; and his great grandchild Audrey Powers. He is also survived by extended family and close friends.
