It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Brenda Joyce Brumfield of Chesapeake, Ohio, who passed away on January 23, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Larry Dean Brumfield; her parents, Bill Chafin, Sr. and Iva Curry Chafin; her sisters, Linda Brumfield, Sharon Preece and Karen Adkins; and her brother-in-law Billy Brumfield.
She is survived by: her children, Brian Brumfield (Suzette), Gina Allen (Todd), Steve Brumfield (Julie) and Elaine Tapley (Nate); her grandchildren, Nicholas Allen (Melissa), Michael Brumfield, Joshua Brumfield (Savannah), Jenny Brumfield, Macy Sublett (Timmy), Sarah McComas, Max Allen (Bethany), Gracie Bellomy (Hunter), Emma Fry (Ethan), Rowe Tapley, Ross Tapley and Elina Tapley; her great grandchildren, Zander Brumfield, Maddox Brumfield, Rayden Sublett, Ella Allen, Evelyn Allen, Caroline Fry and Brooks Bellomy; and her brother Bill Chafin, Jr.. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Reger Funeral Home (1242 Adams Ave, Huntington, WV 25704). A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the same location.
