He was predeceased by: his parents, William Fowler and Julia Ann Fowler; his wife Dottie Fowler; and his brothers, Richard, Bill and Jackie.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sue Slack (James) of Teays Valley and Mary Jones of Huntington, WV; his sister Mazie Hall; his grandchildren, Sara Slack, Liam Slack, Jacob Jones, Emily Jones and William Jones; and his great grandchild Daxton Maxie. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
