He was predeceased by: his parents, Oval Lee and Nellie Lacy Day; and his siblings, Oval, Paul, Billy, Larry, Charlie, Frankie Wallace and Linda Pike.
He is survived by: his wife Dianne Day; his children, Kelley Karlet and Shane Day (Kim); his grandchildren, Jaxson, Cooper Karlet and Kaden Day; and his sister Phyllis Brady. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
