She was predeceased by: her parents, James Edward "Sooner" Kirk and Mildred Lorraine Wells Kirk. She is survived by: her daughter Jenai McCarthy (Isaiah Darby) of Ashland; her sister Janie Kazee (George) of Westwood; her grandson Onyx Elijah Creed McCarthy; her nephews, Cory Kazee (Dawn), Jeremy Kazee (Nikka) and George Kazee Jr.; and her close friend Michelle Newton. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and host of extended family.
