He is survived by: his parent Grace Frazee Hoskins; his son John "Michael" Frazee (Leslie) of Debary; his grandsons, John Matthew "Matt" Frazee (Rachel), Jason Michael Frazee (DeAnna) and Justin Michael Frazee; his great grandchild Paige Frazee; his significant other Nancy Frazee; and his siblings, Bobby Hoskins of Racine and Sharon Baker of Athens. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
