He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Piper and Phyllis Sagraves Piper; and his sister Linda Seymore. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Brenda Moore, David Traylor (Sheryl), Corey Piper, Kelsey Washburn, Kyla Piper and Tony Piper (Victoria); and his friends, Bill and Eunice Mulford. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren.
