She is survived by: her husband John Forsyth; her daughter Amanda Forsyth; her grandchildren, Dakin Chadwell and Devon Altop; her siblings, David Smith (Therese), Joyce Stutler (Don) and Lisa Dickens (Guard); and her siblings-in-law, Bill Forsyth (Penny), Dan Forsyth (Tracy) and Linda Forsyth. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and special friends.
