He was predeceased by: his parents, William Russell and Mildred Russell; and his brothers, John (Goldie Russell) and Lance (Ruth "Butch" Russell). He is survived by: his son Jeff Russell (Carrie Russell) of Morgantown; his wife Ruth Russell; his brother Dave (Norma Russell) of Millfield; his daughter Teresa (Dennis Radford) of Chauncey; his grandchildren, Eric, Kailub, Kristen, Trevor and Rozlind; and his great grandchildren, Krue, Colyns, Keelan, Hayden, Braylon and Brielle.
