He is survived by: his wife Linda Knight Forsyth; his children, Dee Douglas III (Don) of The Plains, David Forsyth of Chauncey and Chris Forsyth of Chauncey; his granddaughters, Ashley Forsyth of The Plains and Carissa Forsyth of The Plains; his great grandchild Bristol Taggart; and his brothers, Bill Forsyth (Penny) of The Plains, Johnny Forsyth (Polly) of Chauncey and Dan Forsyth (Tracie) of Chauncey. He is also survived by several aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews.
