She was predeceased by: her husband Robert E. Smith; and her parents, Paul Bougher and Katherine Reid Fulton. She is survived by: her children, Debbie, Barb, Debbrah Zenz (Bob) of Hiram, OH, Barbara Zenz (Jack) of Willoughby, OH and Lee Ann VanCuren (Don) of Portage, IN; her grandchildren, Molly Smith (Marcus), Emily DeCaro (Michael), Katie Liang (Sherwin), Sarah Arp (Jessie), Gretchen Hollesh (Kevin), Jack Zenz (Nadia), Josh Zenz (Litany) and Scott Zenz (Jaclyn); her great grandchildren, Savannah, Zac Smith, Alissa, Gianna DeCaro, Caden, Xavier Hollesh, Maverick Arp, Arianna, Giulia Zenz, Laura, Lincoln Zenz and Dalton Zenz; and her siblings, James Bougher, Paula Nutter and Michael Bougher.
Maplewood has continued to maintain a healthy and safe environment during this time of Coronavirus-19. Due to the Coronavirus-19 pandemic, a private service with only the immediate family will be held at Fort Steuben.
