He is survived by: his children, Shelly Hamler (Bryan) of Geneva, OH, Thomas Petrus (Dawn) of Olmsted Township, OH and Stephen Petrus (Pauline) of Fairport Harbor; his grandchildren, Christopher and Zachary; his friend Joan Francis; his siblings, George Petrus (Donna) and DiAnna Zemlicka (Ben); and his significant other Sassy.
