It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sandra Rockafellow (Chardon, Ohio), born in Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away on June 17, 2018, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Moulton and Pauline Moulton; her sister Paula Jo Byrnes; and also, Donald James Rockafellow and DeJohn Crematory.
She is survived by: her daughter Susan Novotney (Kevin) of Chardon; her grandchildren, Halle Novotney of Chardon, Daniel Novotney of Chardon and Lila Novotney of Chardon; her brother Sterling Moulton (Laura) of Madison; and her friends, Linda Christman, Richard Hammitt, Patrice Hammitt, John Landon and Yvonne Landon. She is also survived by partner Dale "Bud" Street of Chardon; many cousins, in-laws, nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
