“To Bill and nephews, I am Sandi Phillips Miller who lived next door to her grandparents growing up ( Russell and Fanny Hess). We loved growing up with Sandie and Robin as they visited in the neighborhood and we had reconnected in recent years and picked up that friendship quickly once again. In 21, we vacationed in Ashtabula and Sandi spent the evening with me and met all my family. We had such a wonderful time! I loved her and Robin forever and send sympathy with tears in my eyes.”
