He was predeceased by: his parents, Mack and Felicia; his wife Betty Lane; and his brothers, Arthur, Angelo and Albert.
He is survived by: his daughter Sherry Turk (Chris) of Fairport Harbor, OH; his grandchildren, Angela F. Hernandez of Painesville, Carmela R. Williamson, Christine Turk of Wickliffe and Danny Turk of Painesville; his great grandchildren, Gloria, Jasmine, Nyla and Miguel; and his siblings, Olga Struck (Terry) of Ocala, FL, Phyllis Bard (late Wayne) of Cheyanne, WY, Frances Pelletier (Ruben) of Cheyanne, WY and Sam Hernandez of Cheyanne, WY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
