She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond and Bernice; her husband Richard; and her daughter Kelly Oliphant Andre. She is survived by: her siblings, Raymond Kwasniewski and Patricia Dodge (Gary); and her granddaughter Madison Andre. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
