She is survived by: her husband Richard W. Ensign; her daughters, Linda J. Ensign (Lanny Stone), Victoria L. Kuhn (Richard) and Janice L. Ensign (Michael Case); her grandchildren, Jennifer E. Desrosiers (Adam), Richard J. Kuhn (Brittaney Lanese) and Tina Theunnissen (Don); her great grandchildren, Julian Desrosiers and Levi Kuhn; her siblings, Vern Crookshanks (Claudia) and Vivien Tinner (Lester); and her sister-in-law Loretta Crookshanks. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
